Once we complete your Discovery Call, the next step is a Design Consultation. Think of it as a comfortable, creative working session where we walk through your space together and explore your project in more detail. It is also where we begin shaping ideas that bring warmth, function, and natural flow into your space.
After our meeting, you will receive a clear summary outlining the next steps and what your project needs moving forward. This summary will serve as the roadmap to guide the design journey with ease and confidence.

PHASE 1 | CONSULTATION

STEP 2 | TRADE DAY
Once you move into Phase 2, we begin with Trade Day. This is when our team arrives with tape measures and cameras in hand, gathering all the important details that bring clarity and confidence to your project.
Trade Day allows us to understand your space thoroughly so we can design with intention and seamless flow. It is the foundation for creating functional, beautiful spaces that elevate your everyday life. Consider it the starting point of a smooth, thoughtful design journey where everything begins to take shape.
STEP 3 | CONCEPT AND BUDGET REVIEW
Welcome to the concept, space planning, and budget review phase. This is where our team begins shaping the vision for your project, sharing early concepts and design direction that bring warmth, flow, and functional clarity to your space. It is a collaborative and inspiring stage where we explore ideas together and make sure everything aligns beautifully with your lifestyle and goals.
Your feedback is essential during this meeting. We refine the plan, adjust the details, and create a preliminary budget that feels comfortable and true to your style. This phase sets the foundation for a thoughtful, well planned design that elevates your everyday life without stretching beyond what feels right.
STEP 4 | PRESENTATION
At the presentation meeting, we bring your project to life with a clear and beautifully prepared design package. You will see detailed drawings, thoughtful ideas, and pricing that help you make confident decisions. Our goal is to create an easy experience where you can clearly understand the flow, function, and feel of your future space, and share your feedback with ease.
Your presentation will include all items outlined in your selected package.
After you've fallen in love with your design package, we keep things transparent and flexible. We set up multiple contractor interviews, giving you the power to choose the absolute best fit for your project. STEP 5 | ORDERING AND RECEIVING
As Phase 3 begins, the exciting stage where ordering and receiving take shape, we oversee the entire process, from placing orders to inspecting deliveries to make sure everything arrives correctly and in perfect condition. With a watchful eye on order statuses, we make sure everything flows like a well oiled machine.
STEP 6 | IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATION
At Design by Azure, our team is on the ball, keeping a close eye on every detail from start to finish. As the weeks and months roll by during installations, we're there, ensuring seamless implementation coordination between design dreams and real world execution. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we're here to make sure the final reveal is nothing short of amazing!
STEP 7 | THE INSTALLATION
After getting all the furnishings and putting the final touches in place, we go the extra mile to style your space with meticulous care, making sure every little detail is absolutely spot on throughout the entire installation period. Our goal? Handing you a turnkey, ready to love environment. It's all about creating a seamless and delightful experience for you!
STEP 8 | PHOTOSHOOT AND REVEAL
As a part of our process, we love to capture the magic just before the big reveal with a fabulous photoshoot. Once the cameras stop clicking, we roll out the red carpet and invite our clients to step into their newly transformed space. We add a touch of celebration with beautiful flowers, flickering candles, and mouthwatering pastries, turning the visit into a truly special and joyous occasion.
STEP 9 | DEFICIENCIES
After you've had a chance to settle into your newly transformed space, we don’t just wave goodbye. Nope, we schedule a friendly site visit to make sure everything is as cozy as can be. If by any chance there are hiccups or concerns, we're on it! Our team jumps into action, working hand in hand with the contractor to swiftly resolve any deficiencies. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure your space is not just transformed but perfectly tailored to your taste!
