About Mina Zeighami | Founder & Principal Designer
Mina is the creative heart behind Design by Azure. With a deep appreciation for beauty, artistry, and thoughtful design, she brings warmth, clarity, and purpose to every space she touches. Mina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly Ryerson University, and an Interior Architecture diploma from the University of Tehran. Her experience working alongside some of Toronto’s most respected designers has shaped her refined, functional approach to creating spaces that flow beautifully and elevate everyday life.
Mina is a proud member of the Association of Registered Interior Designers (ARIDO) as an Intern ARIDO, the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada (DDA). She is also a Qualified Adaptive Home Specialist, bringing thoughtful, inclusive design solutions to every project.
Mina’s design philosophy stems from her passion for creativity, allowing her innate talent to guide the way. By attending top interior design shows worldwide, such as Salone Del Mobile Milano, Highpoint Furniture Market, Maison et Objet, IIDEX, and IDS Toronto, Mina constantly seeks inspiration and stays abreast of the latest industry trends.
Ultimately, Mina and her team firmly believe everyone should love their living and working spaces. Embracing Issey Miyake's words, "Design is not for philosophy, it’s for life," they pour their hearts into creating designs that enrich and elevate their clients' lives.
